I am a fully qualified Psychosynthesis psychotherapist and counsellor with an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology, and a diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling. I trained at Institute of Psychosynthesis in London where I am also a course tutor.
During times of change and transition on your personal journey it can be helpful to talk through what you’re struggling with, giving you the time to explore your feelings and experiences more deeply outside of every day life. I work to listen to you at depth, offering a gentle compassionate space for you to include all of yourself. In recognising personal patterns, and what causes pain and suffering we can learn to make different choices.
With a background in business and the arts, I work in private practice close to Stroud in Gloucestershire and have also worked as a counsellor for organisations working with addiction and survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
I work with individuals on an on-going basis or for an agreed time period.
As member I abide by the ethical frameworks of UKCP (UK Council of Psychotherapy) and the APP (Association of Psychospiritual Practitioners)
