During times of change and transition it can be helpful to talk through what you’re struggling with, giving you the time to explore your feelings and experiences more deeply outside of every day life. I work to listen with you at depth, offering a gentle compassionate space for you to include all of yourself, though at times I will also challenge if needed. Holding a context that your deepest Self is always calling and that the answers to personal suffering lie within not without, I support you in recognising internal patterns, making meaning and feeling your emotional reality, for you to connect to what most deeply matters to you. For from understanding what causes pain and suffering it’s possible to learn to make different choices, finding greater freedom for authentic Self-expression and fulfilment within your own Being, Life and Relationships.
