Talking about emotional difficulties and feelings in a non-judgemental and safe environment gives you time to explore issues that are causing emotional pain and discomfort, and space to listen to the deeper longings of your soul.
I offer private one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions online and in person and can help with the issues below, among others.
